Tone and Tighten Fitness Class: Arms & Abs
This strength based class is designed to target your arms and abs to improve strength and tone. There will be a variety of resistance training formats used to help build muscle, improve endurance, speed up metabolism, and build bone density. All fitness levels are welcome. Lance, a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer for 15 years will be leading the class.
**Please bring a fitness/yoga mat and a set of dumbbells (5lbs to 10lbs is recommended).
